Shipping and Return Policy

 

Orders up to £3,000 within the UK will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed at a flat fee of £6.5 including insurance and handling. Orders up to £3,000 outside the UK will be sent via Royal Mail International Track and Signed at a flat fee of £10 including insurance and handling, or courier service at £50 including insurance.

Any order above £3,000 will be sent by courier shipment at a flat fee of £50, including insurance.

We endeavour to ship orders within 2 business days from receipt of payment.

 

Returns Policy

 

Our returns policy can be found in our Terms and Conditions page, paragraph 10. Please find below  an abstract of the relevant paragraphs.

 

The Company aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged.  On occasion however, Goods may need to be returned.  Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

§  If the User receives Goods which do not match those that the User ordered, the User should contact the Company within 14 calendar days to arrange collection and return.  The User will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by the User when purchasing the Goods.  Replacements will be issued upon the Company’s receipt of the returned Goods.  The Company are fully responsible for paying standard shipment costs.  Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.  The packaging does not need to be unopened.  Refunds will be issued no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned Goods and will include standard delivery charges.  The Company regret that additional costs such as express delivery and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.

§  If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, the User should sign any applicable delivery note to the effect that the Goods have been damaged.  To return the damaged Goods, please contact the Company within 14 calendar days to arrange collection and return.  The Company are fully responsible for paying standard shipment costs.  The User will be given the option to have the Goods replaced or to be refunded through the payment method used by the User when purchasing the Goods.  Replacements will be issued upon the Company’s receipt of the returned Goods.  Refunds will be issued no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned Goods and will include standard delivery charges.  The Company regret that additional costs such as express delivery and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.

§  If any Goods the User has purchased have faults when they are delivered to the User, the User should contact the Company within 14 calendar days to arrange collection and return.  The User will be given the option to have the Goods replaced or to be refunded through the payment method used by the User when purchasing the Goods.  The Company are fully responsible for paying standard shipment costs.  Replacements will be issued upon the Company’s receipt of the returned Goods.  Refunds will be issued no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned Goods and will include standard delivery charges.  The Company regret that additional costs such as express delivery and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.

§  If the User is a consumer based within the European Union, the User has a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once the User’s order is complete and ends 14 calendar days after the Goods have been delivered to the User.  If the Goods are delivered to the User in instalments, the 14 calendar day period begins on the day that the User receives the final instalment.  If the User changes their mind about the goods within this period, please inform the Company within 14 calendar days of receipt.  Goods must be returned to the Company within 14 calendar days of the day on which the User inform the Company that the User wishes to return the Goods.  The User is responsible for paying return shipment costs if Goods are returned for this reason.  Refunds will be issued no later than 14 calendar days after the User inform the Company that the User wishes to cancel under this provision and will include standard delivery charges.  The Company regret that additional costs such as express delivery and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.
